Can I have my order in time for my wedding/special event?

Feel free to drop us a message on live chat to get a quick answer on timeframe as it can fluctuate depending on how busy we are.  Allow at least 12 weeks for delivery from ordering, gowns in the Deco and Nouveau Collection require longer (24 weeks +) as they take longer to bead. If your order is for a special occasion less than the delivery timeframe listed on the item in the collections page, please contact us to see if a rush can be accommodated. We do not stock any items.  Orders required quicker than 12 weeks are not accepted unless with prior agreement with a rush fee of 25% of the order value.

I live outside of the UK and would love to have a dress crafted by Vicky Rowe, can you do this? If so, what is the process.

Firstly, yes, we deliver all over the world, USA, Canada, Denmark and The Gulf States to name a few places.

What happens if I need alterations?

For private consultations with Vicky Rowe. alterations can be accommodated during the fitting process (this does not include the Heritage range however). For overseas clients and remote sales we can also take care of the alterations for you but you’ll need to cover all postage costs involved, most often brides overseas use a seamstress to make alterations that are needed.

What if I change my mind and want to return a dress?

As all our garments are made-to-order, we don't hold any stock so I’m afraid we do not accept returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if a dress is damaged however.  Please consider carefully before ordering, and contact us with any questions.

How will my dress arrive?

All dresses and accessories are packaged in beautiful travel boxes, they are very sturdy and also double as keepsakes to store your dresses and veils in.

How should I clean/care for my Vicky Rowe wedding dress/veil?

We highly recommend that you choose a qualified dry cleaner to professionally hand wet clean, or expertly dry clean your Vicky Rowe dresses and accessories. The intricate beadwork needs expert care to avoid damage. Dresses, veils and delicate tulle should never be ironed, but a steamer may be used to release wrinkles.
